All accountable officers are putting together various documents that are need for foundation of succesful Local Intelligence Networks. Some are further forward than others and why should we not learn from each other?

Hampshire PCT is the largest PCT in the country. As such, I manage two LINs, one for East Hampshire (HPCT) and a second for West Hampshire (HPCT) and Southampton City (SCPCT). I also coordinate a third LIN, for Portsmouth City teaching PCT (PCTPCT).
Terms of reference are the same for each LIN, with similar memberships representing the local interests. We have had an inaugural meeting of each LIN and a second meeting of West and Southampton.
I am happy for the TORs (attached) to be shared.
